I feel like Soft Rat Studio is a representation of my journey as an artist trying to figure out how to mix my love of color and fun with my love of hardcore influences and just downright being gross sometimes, and realizing I can be both! Hope you like it :-)

Soft Rat Studio is based in Orlando, FL! All orders ship from the U.S.!

Sometimes we do local markets here in Orlando and we’ve done a couple conventions, more recently we tabled at New York City ComicCon and had a blast! Please check us out on Instagram for any events you may see us at!

All orders are packed by two (count em, two) people… I mean, rats! We will always aim to get your goodies out to you as quickly as possible, and will ship orders out twice a week! Please allow a teensy bit more time during collection launches or restocks!

Depending on the number of orders placed, it can sometimes take 1-14 days for your order to ship. Rat hands are tiny after all.

All sales on our products are final! We are currently a home-based shop with limited stock, and we cannot handle the capacity for exchanges and returns. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Unfortunately I am not currently taking any personal commissions for custom work at the moment! I am currently pouring all my energy into running this little art shop and my Patreon (which you should totally check out if you love horror movies and art!)

However, I am open to:

• Freelance work for the music/entertainment industry, particularly in the hardcore and riot girl music scene as well as the drag horror community.

• Art Community Bartering! (If you are interested in more information, please reach out!)

If there are any problems with your tracking, please contact your local post office or the contact number provided on your tracking link! We are not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of the post office. If both of these resources still can’t help you, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to find a solution!

Please make sure we’re shipping your goodies to the right address, as we do not accept any responsibility for incorrect addresses once packages have left our tiny rat hands.

We MAY or MAY NOT restock some designs/products; we do what we want!! However if we get enough demand for a product, we might consider restocking some sold out designs. The best way to not miss out is to snag it if ya love it!

We currently are not offering international shipping :( however that may change in the future if enough of you freaks ask for it!

This update means that your order is in pre-shipment! That means your order is packaged and ready to go, but it has not been scanned by the shipping company yet! Your tracking should update within 24-48 hours.

We try our best to make sure every order is packaged properly so your items get to you safely, but sometimes things can get damaged during transit. If your package is damaged from shipping, you can file a claim with USPS here.
